8 lovely Sit-ups
7 body weight squats
6 New Year targets (reflections)
5 DE-AD BUGS
4 x 30sec Planks (side, side, elbows, arms)
3 (kneeling?) Press-ups
2 Dreaded Burpees
and a
1 minute wall-sit for a Fetchie ♪♫
