Extended warm-up with playing cards: burpees/lunges/PJ/bent-over row. Ended up doing tons of lunges.
Tabata 20/10 4 rounds
side shuffle/wall sit
seated row/high knees
dead bug/bear crawl
10s/10s/rest/10s/10s/rest x 5
butt kicks
high knees
squat thrusts
shoulder taps
Sharp R ankle pain when I woke up. Eased through the session but still a bit ouchy. No idea why. Did this indoors as the decking was wet. Bit cramped and hot and noisy for the neighbours. But doable.
