Been ignoring TAOs planned sessions, but today's tied in OK with what I've been trying to do, although 3 minutes at slightly quicker than the 400M I've been doing seemed a stretch but I thought I'd attempt it.
Run steps:
Walk/slow run for 5 minutes at 13:44 /mi [27:27 - 13:20 /mi] 120 bpm, (0.4 mi).
Easy run for 8 minutes at 12:55 /mi [13:19 - 12:44 /mi] 139 bpm, (0.6 mi).
Perform the following steps 3 times
Run for 3 minutes no faster than 14:08 /mi [>- 12:17 /mi] 104 bpm.
Very fast run for 3 minutes at 09:29 /mi [09:38 - 09:13 /mi] 164 bpm, (0.3 mi).
Easy run for 8 minutes at 12:55 /mi [13:19 - 12:44 /mi] 139 bpm, (0.6 mi)
I just about managed it
- except for the last one which was on a sandy/gravely track the length of which I underestimated and ended crossing the road.
had to add a bit longer cool down to get home.
HR data is rubbish - other watch says max 168, which is still lower than it felt like!
