A gym! Hurrah! Went to Bannatynes for first time since it opened nearly 3 weeks ago. Good protocols, temp check on entry, rules listed, mask in corridors, take off at machine, wipe before, wipe after. Did foam roller, stretches, squats, lunges, sit ups, plank, side planks, wobble board presses, curls, triceps, then chest machine.
