A rather fruitless quest for new squares. Most of the footpath came home in my shoes and my feet may never be clean again. But I'm running OK.

Mile 4 had its moments and mile 8 was filthy. My shoes are hanging out on the washing line but nobody has come to the door asking to buy my emergency morphine yet.
