It is breezy out and was cool at 8 am too, warming up here slowly although still breezy.
Yes, it was cool, I had to wear gloves and a thick coat.
Yes, it is also warming up - I am about to go out for my Friday run, and I shall be wearing shorts and a vest! It is getting even breezier now .
