6 barefoot strides after. First time on Sarah Tenney, super nice, going up rrr is such a different experience than going down it, you really get to appreciate the beauty of the trail, and thankfully we were going slow enough that this actual was a recovery/easy effort. Definitely will be back here again. Barefoot strides after with Hamza were nice, think I may actually feel pretty good for the workout tomorrow, especially since I might do a short turf shakeout tomorrow morning.
