1 mile WU and then a few drills/strides then what was supposed to be 8 x 400 @~ 9.4x - 10mm.

Found it quite tough today, runs either into a bit of a breeze or into the sun.
no#3 cut short to avoid tripping over pack of little dogs and #5 because of an impatient tractor.
#7 on sandy dirt track.
Just about managed enough of a cool down to tick over the 5 miles - with a lot of walking.
