P/u - jog with arm press
Low burpees - low plank (couldn't do 10 burpees after the first min)
Squat jumps - bks
Lunges (10 each leg) - ice skaters
V-ups - jjs
Then one min of each pair
Tabata squats then hold a squat x 8 = 4'
