This is the last section of Arc50 and I wanted to do it in the "right" direction. Absolute stunner of a day (am a tad sunburnt) and awesome scenery. The 6 miles from Godrevy was actually pretty runnable - not that I expect to be running on race day - then the Coast Path hits you with steps, lots and lots of steep steps. A sting in the tail or kick in the teeth if you prefer. Had to fight the urge to start running every time I got to the top of a hill. Had to remind myself I was on a walk not a run. I'm seeing this as a good thing. Means I'm trained for no naughty walking
3.5 hrs and three buses to get back to St Ives but totally worth it
