Back to routine now kids have gone. So quiet in house without them. Had a lovely time. Lots of walking and carrying a wee boy, so plenty of exercise really. Just not running! Nice to get out. Hips a bit achey. And back from where I tweaked it proving I could put boat on car roof by myself. D'oh! Didn't even do it, just played play park and paddling at waterside! Then chips n burgers from the cafe. Great week though, lovely. Sep may be a bit low! They didn't leave on Sat but on Sun (which was good, extra day - Deep Sea World on Sat and playing in garden etc.) but meant with airport drop off then RC car racing, no running. :-) G
