The real run, from the Garmin 310XT, not the rubbish recorded by the Garmin 235.
After yet another badly disrupted sleep (barking dogs, and someone hammering at 05:00!) I really didn't feel like doing any speed work. I didn't manage to start until just gone 09:30.
The first mile shows how tired I was. Then I got going. As the Garmin 235 went haywire early on, I had no idea at what pace I was running except when the Garmin 310XT beeped at each mile.
It felt comfortable though, although the last 3 miles required a bit of effort.
Several stops in the first 4 miles, none thereafter which helped.

You seem to take a while to warm up and then you bring it all together and on the whole have a good run. Good pace again and getting quicker at the end.
Thanks. Although perhaps I ought to run a bit slower sometimes, but on the whole these runs are fairly comfortable, I could certainly have a conversation of sorts .
