Steady 90 minutes. Was prepared to do only 60 because I was already on 30 miles for the week, but it was fine and I finished feeling as if I could have kept going. Heart rate gives an accurate assessment of how easy it was (140 is below 70%WHR).
Tail wind made the A596 a much more pleasant experience.

Excellent run by the sounds of it.

It was great. Took a bit of mental effort to stop while I felt strong instead of going on until I started to feel as if I was having to work, but I'd told myself 90 minutes max today because I have what might be a hard run tomorrow.
