Well did the Howard loop (counter-clockwise as I will probably always do it from now on as I've learned at williams that going up steep hills and down gradual hills is actually better than the opposite) but then didn't actually turn on howard because I was dumb, so loop must've been a little over 4 miles, I'll call it 4.2 though ofc who really knows. Total time was 36 minutes on the stove clock but with stoppage I feel like 34 is legit. Almost done with burlington runs for a while. Also should probably note the past few days I've felt a little tightness in left foot (where I got injured this summer) in the beginning of runs which isn't great, but soon my 4 days off from running will be upon me so...
