Bit of a mixed bag. Generally aimed for 24s/m with 5 x 10 strokes hard on the 500m mark in the first half. Then tried to keep it steady before a bit of a burn-up in the final 500m. Had to stop twice to adjust the damper setting (forced indoors by the rain and that always affects the setting), so rowing time was probably about 20s quicker. Marginal SB.
