Think this might a tempo effort. 4 laps of the Coburg/Queens loop with a fairly consistent effort. Perhaps not quite hard enough for tempo but mostly around 9:20 ish.

BUT, I didn't really push much and I would still like to think that this is the kind of pace I should be running at more often. This should be the very easy pace over flat ground.

192 max HR! Eeek! Should perhaps assume this is an anomaly.
