A bit better than Saturday, but it took about 5 or 6 miles to get going.

So, my body spent the first half of the run feeling about 3 out of 10 and the second half about 6 out of 10.

I'm pretty sure that the root cause of my problem here is the lack of massage and maintenance along with back to back races over two weekends.
