First 1.5 and last 2.5 miles into the wind. Legs felt really tired on the first 4 miles and eased into MP over the first 2 miles. Managed to up the pace to around 7.35 - 7.45 for the next 8 miles before easing back into the wind towards the end. Not done at target pace, but happy enough with effort for today.
