You did it and that's still a decent mile pace and WAVA You beat all of us who are chickening out of virtual races.
Is that a decent WAVA though VR? I'm not very clued up. Tbh I feel annoyed as a lot of the Leicester runners have chosen to run it a loop in a park. I've stuck to my local road route with the inevitable dodging of 1 or 2 pedestrians so I feel morally on the high ground if nothing else. I am so petty lol.
Just over 60%, yes, lots of people on here would take that as a lifetime best. And probably worth sub-7min on a track in an actual mile race.
You have definitely need eased my ego, thanks VR 😁
Not sure why 'need' is there lol.
That’s an excellent run. Like Vrap said you’ll be brilliant on a track. Let’s hope some time in the future we’ll be able to have some more “Fetch Miles”. 😁
That's a great time - mile races take a bit of practice x
A 7:19 solo, unpaced, on roads with civilians getting in the way, is very impressive mate. You'd be pushing for a sub-7 on a track with others racing to push you a bit. Miles are really hard to pace. You need to practice them to get them right. You did rally well.
That’s brilliant. A mile is such a difficult distance so well done
