WU than 3x0.5 mile intervals with 2 minutes intervals. Ist interval fairly flat, 2nd one downhill overall, 3rd one absolute killer finishing on a steep uphill and getting my heart rate up to a new max of 192!

Thanks VR. I tried a fast mile a few weeks ago and got 7:13 which at the time was a bit disappointed with as was hoping to be closer to 7. Have to admit don't feel as if I am as in good shape as than so let's see.
