9st 13. 9st 11 1/4 when got back. Last did this run 3 weeks ago and said I felt strong throughout, today I felt a bit more weary so thought perhaps I'm losing a bit of fitness and haven't done any core work this week so beating myself up about it. However, I've checked back and stats are pretty similar so perhaps I wasn't too bad after all. Just not feeling so good? Should have flown to Florida today so perhaps feeling a bit down although don't think so. Only thing that was different was that only had one bite of brownie this time. Perhaps that was it? Ha. Only carried a drink with me on third leg. First stop had zero tab half bottle of red Enervit bottle and a salt stick. 2nd stop had other half of Enervit, 2 bites of a slice of brownie and another Salt stick. Drank a small bottle during 3rd leg but didn't stop to do it. Stopped watch for both refuelling stop. Laps 9.15, 9.41, 9.25, 9.00, 8.53, 9.18, 9.04, 9.22, 9.26, 9.51, 9.58, 9.33, 10.09, 9.10, 10.02, 9.44
