7 rounds of
5 chinups, 10 pressups , 15 squats.
8 minutes 6 seconds..
First practice towards Murph.
Pressups were easiest as expected, squats felt harder as don't do many.

Blimey that's quick! Squats will come through very quickly given how much running you do. Your legs will adapt quickly.
Got a good sweat on! Will do this on my rest days. Will make the target increase by one rep I think.
For comparison on pace I did 14 rounds last week and it took me 28 minutes. You're going to smash it!
CrossFit on rest days? You are a MANIAC! Were you a triathlete in a previous existence?
I can't swim and am rubbish on a bike lol. I do fancy trying Cross fit though 😁
Nellers, I reckon 14 rounds will take me longer definitely. 1 round at a time to build up though is probably the sensible way
V'Rap: He's not a triathlete but he's a Maths teacher and I reckon that takes much more grit than an Ironman!
I'm not thinking "grit" so much as "a rest day being a day when you cross-train until your muscles are pulped"
Well maths rather than biology or PE so.........;-)
