You're going to be doing Murph off all this work aren't you? You know you want to. Go on, do it!
I'd really like to try but need to do a lot more training. But maybe just try it and see. You haven't done it yet have you?
No mate. It's all on hold for a week until I've got the knee back working properly. Haven't done any squats or running since last week. Keeping going with press ups and pull ups though.
I think I'm going to try and see tomorrow how many sets I can do as a test. Have you seen this?
Not seen that one but there are lots of youtube clips of people doing murph or advising on how to. There's one with Chris Pratt doing a Murph with his local gym. Also search Hunter Mcintyre. He set the Murph world record earlier this year. Scary!
Going to try some sets of 5,10,15 and see how I get on tomorrow.
You'll be fine. With the sets you do it'll be easy work.
Do you do any squats at all?
Now and than but not often enough. I find those OK. Will be interesting to see which of the three causes issues first.
Great work
