Couldn't face the downside!

The .75 (1200) effort is interesting here because it didn't feel "all out" and, having already come after (almost) 3k of effort is an encouraging pace.

There's still work to do. I'd like all of these to be well under 8 but I'll get there and it's not like there'll be any parkruns soon!
