Time on strava segment is 7:45 so a 10 second improvement. Bit annoying that the per mile is still over 8 (8:03 on strava 8:15 here).

But 10 seconds in 2 weeks is not bad. I think I'll do a hard session in the week and then have another go at the weekend. Hopefully with another pound or two off, there's a chance I can go quicker again.
