That's another good run, Ebb. Was it a 5K time trial, or something?
Thanks Evangel. It was part of a summer running challenge to run a 5K. My route selection wasn't great - you'll see from the third mile that I forgot I would have to use a footbridge to cross a railway line and cross a busy road!
