Home day 18 plus a little extra. Starts very relaxed, gets a bit vigorous in the middle.
As yesterday noting my arm strength is awful & needs work. So did a press-up. Will attempt two tomorrow

Fair point. I can do quite a few after lockdown bootcamp. Only from the knees though.
I suspect with all the bootcamps you could probably armwrestle me to the floor in about two seconds!
