Windier than yesterday, now 35mph.
So much for that half decent intervals run on Friday. This was a complete abomination. I can't really call it a run - it was a stagger. No go whatsoever. Extremely hard effort. I kept hoping it would be one of those "runs" where I would perk up later, but instead I just got worse.

Nice miles and fairly even pacing considering being blown about like a balloon. I see you ventured into the city to try to avoid the wind though, did it work? A very good low HR too.
I guess you wrote your comment before I'd written my notes.
The HR was low only because I was exceedingly slow.
