Followed today's Rise practice with Throat Chakra Yoga
Actually really enjoyed this. I hold so much tension in that general area of my body that is was good to pay some real attention to it. I also really like Lion's Breath. The voice tutor at my drama school had us doing lion's breath daily. She was into yoga and shiatsu and alexander technique and the like and I'm realising now how much yoga she managed to sneak into voice class

The paying attention piece is really helping me, all the time. I properly notice what my body is doing these days. Most of the time it’s doing stupid stuff but at least I’m paying attention to it 😊
Totally agree on the paying attention and I notice what my body is doing and how it is feeling during the day more, too.
