Warm up; 6 x 3 @5k effort with 2 minute recoveries. Cool down. Aiming at consistency so pleased with this. The slow one is the one up and over the bridge! The extra recovery time made a huge difference to how I felt for this! Felt strong and reasonably comfortable in the efforts.
