First run of the month. Manky weather, wet but not lashing down. Told myself I would stay out for an hour, put on plenty of clothes, kept my Garmin hidden up my sleeve so the only feedback I had were the mile buzzes, and got on with it.
If the HR trace is accurate - and it looks plausible and fits with the perceived effort - I'm very pleased with how low it is.
