Started out with intentions of sub 7:24min/mile (sub 3:15 marathon pace) but felt great at 3 miles so continued at theat pace for another mile and then picked the pace up to sub 40mn 10k pace for last 2.26 mies. Great run, felt great with the steady start. :-)
