Notes & Comments
Short Quanea loop, returning along river bank alongside B-wotsit. Mainly speed walking but with 4 x 5 min steady runs just to test left ankle. Concentrated on form and was able to run comfortably provided I didn’t overstride. Strong headwind on the way back, so pleased to be hitting 13:xx walking pace into that on rough terrain!
