Really good to get out to the North Downs again. Same MO as last week only didn't look at time at all. Just aimed to get the vert. Ran up likely looking hills and did a rep or 2 of anything tasty. Also tried out the hill NDWDave recommended last week. Most excellent hill. Did it 3 times. Saw the alpacas and the big herd of deer (with youngsters). Twice. And on the way back there was a fawn that had clearly just been born and was standing up for the first time heart
And it p*ssed down :-)
AND Costa in Caterham was open so I got my post run almond milk latte.
