TAO monthly 6-minute assessment - I'd planned to get up at 5 to do this before it got warm, but a party down the road meant I didn't get to sleep much before 4
Being a minute a mile above PB weight, I'm not surprised at the poor distance I got for my 6 minutes.
* but it's just better than last month's 6 minutes (0.6m - 6:00(10:03/m) ) so considering the temperature, I'm happy with that
