Warm-up; 5 x 1/2 mile (3:00) @ 5k pace. Tough because very hot but got through it ok. Calves a bit tight and thought they might go but not too bad at the end, plus hamstring a bit tight. Given the heat I'm not too dissatisfied but would have liked faster as didn't feel great
