On the plan 10 minutes warm up, 4 x 5 minutes Z4, 1 minute Z2 recovery; cool down.

Really warm day, so I was quite glad it was only 4! Overall, quite pleased with this in the conditions. My right hip was telling me that 4 runs on the trot is not what it likes though! Rest day tomorrow.
