Bit of S&C - foam roller, leg stretches, then 60 sit ups, plank (2min inspired by team cardio at work!), 2 x 1 min side planks, press ups 25, 25, 20 inspired by PTSD support videos on FB! and resistance band curls, presses and side raises, finished with 60 lunges and squats. Better than nothing. Did not do enough last week, just one session. Must do minimum 2 this week. :-) G
