warm up
4 x 30s/10s rest but really you need that to get into position. Three sets.

Russian twists (I can twist left more easily than right)
Seated row

Ice skaters
Plank arm raises (I cannot do this at all on the LHR because my shoulder just doesn't go that way)
Butt kicks

Flutter squats
Front leg bent, back leg straight, body straight at around 45deg band under front foot pull with opp arm. No idea what these are called.

The second exercise with the other leg

Jump squats
Plank to feet touch (hinge at the hips like down dog). Can't do this on LHS because of shoulder
Burpees

Stretch

Enjoyed this but tired by the end.
