Day 421 B.
OMG.
Double run, only had a couple of hours sleep since the RED 5km and now I felt like poo. Sort of out of body experience for most of the run.
Body finally shut down at about 9miles, I walked the rest.
Hungry and tired all day.
Good points - lovely route and scenery, sunny weather and good natter with friends.
