as I'm on short distances I'm aiming for time more often than not
I do my treadmill sessions in round numbers of minutes. And in kilometres, so I sometimes end up with distances in miles I wouldn't accept on a road run.
I'm not sure I believe my garmin or the treadmill when it comes to distance! I'm always slower on the treadmill too especially as this one is about 15 yrs old and like running on concrete
