Wee lunch time run. Think I'll prob lose WSW again this week as ishep was 0 - 52 up. Got 31 squares and back to 23 - 46 down. Nice and mild (if muggy and wet - still got this weird cloud mist we've had for 4 days!) and no wind. Felt fine. Must do some foam roller though on calves and quads. And some vanity gym! :-) G
