Great run with Andy just playing in trails with goal of 12 or 13 for the virtual WHW race miles. He solo me in a team. Great chat. Weird weather - mist but then strong cold wind on top of Benarty. Great to bump into Lynne and Len.

I felt sluggish at start but better by end! Go figure! :-) G
