Another attempt at finding proper easy pace without walk breaks - think watch is having a laugh, fitbit says max was 147!
I was cold in the house and it looked drizzly so put jacket on and discovered it's warmer outside so not needed at all.

Will try and do a longer one tomorrow to get the awkward bug.
