The handicap is only 1.5m!! This is an excellent effort though, especially solo, well done
Totally forgot about till I got home and went on fb, thought I would see where my legs are at the 5k distance, could of been quicker dodging around quite a few people, but happy with effort not far of a pb, (6 seconds), cheers Tim:)
