Eddie said : 10 mins easy, 10 mins as 20 secs spin up, 40 secs easy, 4 x 3 mins in strong gear- so this is strength over CV work, 2 mins easy spin in between, 5 - 10 mins cool down

Forgot to put my HR strap on so no HR data. Worked hard, tough :-) Random 80's playlist.
