Little bit lumpier today - not much to look at but took a while getting used to - had to stop and float twice before managing to get breathing under control and swim smoothly. pleased I managed it in the end.
300 breaths out, with waves bashing on my head, fighting it. Swam back - much smoother and more comfortable, but took over 320 breaths, so the tide was definitely against coming back.
