- Each move 10 per side
- 1 min rest following each set

- 1A clean & jerk (feet together weight outside, up in 2 moves - to shoulder then press)
- 1B snatches (feet apart weight between, up in 1 move)

- 2A deadlifts (tap end on floor)
- 2B hang power cleans (curls but hold dumbbell at 90deg)
- 2C push jerks (shoulder press & use legs to push a bit)

- 3A Dumbbell squat cleans (like c&j but only raise to shoulder then squat down & back up)
- 3B Dips (bench / other?)

- 4A Overhead squats (hold dumbbell straight up, other arm out in front, squat & up)
- 4B Resistance Band pull ups

- 5A Shoulder press
- 5B Bent over rows

- 6A Thrusters (shoulder press with squat - weight at shoulders)
- 6B Dumbbell swing (overhead like kettlebell)
