First swim of the year down at West Bay.
Took a while to get comfortable - calming breathing and stopping goggles leaking, but once going, was great. Booties, gloves and neoprene hat.
Swam out for 300 breaths, and back 300 - harder coming back. Sea pretty calm, but a little more challenging on the way back. Good to be out again.
