With Yoshi. Half a mile warm up then 2 miles tempo, as part of the Joker 5k! programme. It was brutal. Then looking for bugs and warm down, but that crazy dog was trying to drag me over in her attemtps to kill 2 foxes and a cat that we came cross - so ended up accidentally turning off watch, losing bug capture and some of run, more than once. Still proud, and my back hurts form thundering around.
